What You Will Do

As a Dealer Manager, you will be responsible for:

Dealer Management:

  • Dealer Acquisition: Identify and recruit new dealers to expand our market presence.
  • Dealer Onboarding: Onboard new dealers and provide them training on our tools and processes
  • Dealer Performance Supervision: Monitor dealer performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Dealer Support: Assist dealers with complex sales processes, closing deals, and managing post-sale operations.

Sales and lead generation:

  • Self-generated Leads: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate a high volume of self-generated leads, driving personal sales success while inspiring the team to do the same.
  • Sales Quota Achievement: Meet monthly sales objectives for the dealer self-generated goals.

Experience:

  • Has 3+ years of solar sales experience with a proven sales track record.
  • Experience working with solar dealers and installers
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Has a history of consistently hitting sales quotas and generating self-sourced sales.
  • Is proficient with proposal tools such as Aurora, Solo, Everbright, SolarGraf, etc.
  • Possesses a goal-oriented mindset and is highly self-motivated.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Is passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.
