Solar Sales Consultant

Position Summary:

As a Solar Consultant we will train you on how renewable energy technology has evolved and how we can use it in our favor to offer a better quality of life at a low price all the while saving our clients money on their energy bills. Consumers are tired of energy companies acting like monopolies and raising rates every year with little to no choice as to who can provide energy to them. The answer to becoming energy independent is renewable solar energy.

The position will focus primarily on outside sales with a balance of hot lead prospecting and self-generated lead creation targeting residential clients. You will use our CRM and prospecting software to keep track of all your daily contacts leading you to success. In addition, we will help you create a detailed business plan on building your solar client base which includes referral partners, lead swap groups, client referral introductions, home shows, and other events in our community.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prospect and sell renewable solar energy

Maintain Company standards for customer service satisfaction

Create sales pipelines by utilizing phones and prospecting in the field

Use creative lead generating techniques while utilizing our contact management software.

Responsible for targeting and reporting the outcome of all leads provided by the company on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $114,782.00 – $132,859.00 per year
