**Job Description:**

As a Door-to-Door Sales Consultant at Evolution Energy, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers directly at their homes to promote and sell our solar energy solutions. You will play a critical role in driving the growth of our customer base and expanding our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to prospective customers in assigned territories.

– Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our solar energy solutions.

– Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.

– Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

– Attend regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

– Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

– Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for achieving sales goals.

**Qualifications:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
  • Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license.
  • Availability to work 40hrs/week.
