About The Role

The Software Onboarding Specialist role is responsible for supporting Smartwyre customers through their Smartwyre DTS onboarding journey. You’ll be responsible for the following:

Working with customer to identify standard file formats compatible with our software upload functionality

Developing recommendations for logical rule creation to transform customer data into useable state

Training customers on data upload best practices and functionality

Managing error handling support for customers during onboarding and future uploads

Assess needs across customers and suggest enhancements of tool to Integration/Product team

Translating the connection between data elements that customers provide and how our software uses them to better advise customers

Our Ideal Candidate

You have a passion for working with data and have earned a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Information and Analysis, Information Technology or Business with technical expertise

You’re excited to use your 2-4 years of experience helping customers solve technical software problems

You’re a great communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

You build strong relationships (internally and externally) to help solve problems collaboratively

You’re a power player using Microsoft Excel, CSV, and EDI formats skills to quickly organize data

You love solving data problems with conditional logic-based rules and cross reference tables

You’ve spent 1-3 years working with relational databases and SQL

You possess grace under pressure to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism while under tight timelines

$55,000 – $65,000 a year

Compensation package includes incentive bonus target.
