PRODEVAL Corp, headquartered in Schaumburg, IL, is an established international company specializing in designing and manufacturing Biogas upgrading and CO2 liquefaction equipment.

Our products are used in converting biogas into biomethane, which creates a 100% renewable energy that can be used to replace reliance on fossil fuels. We are expanding in North America and are searching for a Service & Warehouse Manager to join our growing team.

We provide turnkey solutions to tackle the sustainable energy challenges in renewable energy and green mobility markets and provide our clients with tailored solutions for Biomethane production and distribution.

We operate in 4 interdependent industrial fields: biogas upgrading, green mobility (Bio-LNG), CO2 liquefaction, and after-sales service (maintenance, training, etc.).

After sales commercial contract management

  • Drafting and management of customer service contracts according to our service policy.
  • Drafting and management of service contracts with subcontractors.
  • Sourcing new subcontractors to improve the operational and financial efficiency of the Service department.
  • Follow-up and management of the payment of all contracts.

Spare parts management

  • Creation and management of spare parts lists.
  • Implementation of ERP and ensure inventory management in the software.
  • Cost management of spare parts.
  • Sourcing suppliers to reduce maintenance costs.
  • Define emergency stocks in conjunction with the manager,
  • Closely monitor inventory.

Warehouse management

  • Be responsible for the warehouse management system in conjunction with the line manager.
  • Support and improve a warehouse flow management policy.
  • Ensure the traceability of the material entering and leaving the warehouse.
  • Optimize storage and warehouse space.

Field Technician management (next phase of the position)

  • Management of the service technicians schedule for the Service department.
  • Prepare future interventions for the after-sales service (human and material resources).
  • Support, train, develop and supervise a team of field technicians located throughout the United States and Canada.
  • Monitor and control interventions on a daily basis.
  • Apply and ensure the application of safety rules.
  • Ensure the proper application of the quality, health and safety policy.

Logistics management

  • Optimize transportation based on cost and timeframe.
  • Ensure all deliveries are on time according to Prodeval schedule.
  • Ensure follow-up of all deliveries (Delivery note, acknowledgment of delivery, customer signature, etc.).
  • Manage all shipping and receiving.
  • Prepare all shipments* for safe transportation (boxing, cushioning, palleting, banding, shrink-wrapping, etc.).

(*some products are ~60 lbs)


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
  • Knowledge of international shipping (customs clearance, documentation, terminology, etc.).
  • Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping requirements.
  • Valid Drivers License and work permit .
  • Forklift Operation Certification is considered an advantage.
  • Five years previous working experience as a warehouse worker.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory and logistics software programs.
  • Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills and detailed oriented mindset.
  • Great interpersonal communication skills.
