Job Discription

1. Sales team within the scope of responsibility;
2. Carry out life cycle management on service products, including service product portfolio management, product release and withdraw, product upgrading and so on;
3. Organize cross-functional resources and lead the development process of standard service products, from market demand research, feasibility analysis, resource preparation, trial run to official release;
4. Participate in service demand communication with customer, and recommend or customize corresponding service products and solutions according to customer needs;
5. Assist in cost calculation, pricing, sales channel development and management, service product delivery preparation and other related work of overseas service products.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above/major in automobile, machinery, energy, marketing, economic management, etc;
2. Understand the new energy after-sales service business and love the new energy industry;
3. Possess a strong sense of customer service, keen sense of market smell, excellent communication skills, rich experience in cross-departmental cooperation, and good promotion ability;
4. Possess basic project management, logical thinking and customer negotiation ability.
5. At least 3 years working experience, experience in service product development and in new energy and energy storage industry. After-sales service is preferred;
6. CET-4, basic English listening and speaking skills, able to read English technical documents.
