Role Description:

Form Energy is hiring a Sr/Staff Inventory Control Analyst in our Production Warehousing team. This role reports into our Sr. Manager of Production Warehousing. This position is responsible for leading our inventory control and quality team, developing and implementing a cycle count program, investigating root cause and developing corrective actions for inventory inaccuracies, and maintaining the WMS packaging/item master data. What Youll Do:

  • Develop and implement cycle counting program

  • Daily review of Inventory dashboards and control measures, working with teams to ensure trends, errors and differences are investigated and resolved effectively

  • Daily Oracle WMS monitoring: reviewing associated trends and reduce/eliminate reoccurrence.

  • Complete monthly reconciliation between Oracle and our WMS to assess data accuracy and work with areas to ensure discrepancies are properly investigated and resolved timely.

  • Inventory counting lead the cycle counting team

  • Review and understand inventory control requirements and work to ensure internal controls and measures are in place to ensure compliance during the annual Corporate and Finance Audit process.

  • Develop and enhance inventory control measures and KPIs, review processes and routines to continuously improve and eliminate waste.

  • Support and provide guidance for Inventory investigations.

What Youll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a production or distribution operation

  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
