Senior Project Scheduler — Remote | WFH

Responsibilities

Create and Maintain Schedules: Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules for complex, large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment from inception to completion.

Collaboration: Partner closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather essential data for accurate scheduling and effective project execution.

Risk Management: Identify potential schedule risks and propose proactive mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and deliverables.

Reporting and Analysis: Utilize scheduling software to generate visual tools such as Gantt charts, and prepare insightful reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Optimization: Lead strategic scheduling meetings, providing expert guidance on schedule optimization and adjustments to enhance project efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project scheduling, with at least 4 years focused on large-scale projects.

Skills: Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6), strong understanding of project management principles, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in the Nuclear industry, renewable energy, or construction sectors is highly advantageous.

Familiarity with risk management tools and advanced scheduling software is a plus.
