Senior Project Manager for the Efficiency Planning & Engineering Team

Help drive change! ECLARO is looking for Senior Project Manager for the Efficiency Planning & Engineering Team for our client in NY (Remote). Responsibilities:

  • Day to day work will include, but not be limited to:
  • Development and execution of program solicitations and offerings
  • Management and/or mentorship of Efficiency Planning & Engineering staff
  • Managing projects from initiation to completion; including scope, schedule and budgets
  • Manage and develop relationships & increase coordination with key stakeholders
  • Manage contractors and program support agreements;
  • Resolve issues which may arise regarding assigned projects with applicants or consultants;
  • Support the development and refinement of PONs and RFPs;
  • Make recommendations for improvements to client’s strategies and business processes;
  • Support program reporting;
  • Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes of the Efficiency Planning & Engineering Team

Required Qualifications:

  • Past experience with the New York State commercial and/or multifamily market
  • Past experience with energy efficiency program development and execution
  • Past experience with people management
  • Project management skills and the ability to successfully multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Manage scope, schedule and budget of project agreements and other program support agreements;
  • Support strategic market engagement and partnership development;
  • Facilitate and execute continuous improvement of program rules, and business processes;
  • Excellent external and customer communications (written and verbal) skills;
  • Must be a self-starter and function well independently and in teams;
  • Must be a high level Microsoft Excel user, and be able to perform Pivot tables, advanced formulas, and advanced data analysis of complex data sets
  • NEIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, Buildings Portal, Tableau
