About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Construction Manager in Corporate Properties Group (CPG). Responsible for managing all phases of construction, remodeling, and reconfiguration of company facilities, including non-traditional projects such as organizational-wide or company-wide with moderate to significant risk, scope, and complexity. This position will report directly to the Construction Management Manager of the Western Region.
In this role, you will:
- Develops and manages complex project plans, budgets and schedules, work with end users, LOB, and senior management to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet project demands.
- Develops, negotiates, and awards related contracts to architects, engineers, general contractors, and other external vendors.
- Provides project leadership including coordinating internal and external consultants and vendors to assure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.
- Maintains effective communications with internal customers, project team and management. May directly or indirectly manage CPG or third-party staff members to meet project objectives.
- Interacts and negotiates with senior management on a regular basis to create and implement complex communication plans that deliver project goals, plans and execution and progress reports.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures as well as government and regulatory requirements.
- Provide oversight of the General Contractor, coordination of internal stakeholders, management of internal/external project team resources, and overall planning/delivery of project.
- Provide construction project leadership on a portfolio of highly complex projects and provide direction to consultants and vendors to assure compliance with construction project specifications, budgets, and schedules
- Interact and negotiate with management on a regular basis to create and implement complex communication plans that deliver construction project goals, plans and execution, and progress reports
- Provide oversight to all construction project managers in identification of project requirements and development of property and construction related project plan
- Collaborate and consult with management, peers and stakeholders
- Interact with Regional Presidents and company executives in charge of property
- Develops and manages most complex construction project portfolios, and associated plans, budgets, and schedules, and works with end users, LOB, and senior management to understand problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet project demands.
- Develops, negotiates, and awards related contracts with significant financial and strategic value to architects, engineers, general contractors, and other external vendors. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as government and regulatory requirements.
- Interacts and negotiates with senior management on a regular basis to create and implement complex communication plans that deliver construction project goals, plans, and execution and progress reports.
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decisions making and support implementation and plans.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Construction Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple projects
- High rise and ground up construction experience
- Experience with PM-Web and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and One Note
- Experience with AutoCAD bottom
- Net Positive/Net Zero sustainability experience
- LEED Certified
- Experience with Mass Timber
- 2+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time in the region (Southwest and West US)
Job Location and Salary:
- AZ-Scottsdale: MIN $84,000 MAX $149,400
- May be eligible for an annual discretionary bon
