EPC is headquartered in Poway, CA, a community in Northern San Diego County, with additional manufacturing facilities in Greenville, SC and additional design offices in Raleigh, NC and Helsinki, Finland.

The Role:
The Senior Director of Order Fulfillment embodies a critical leadership role within EPC Powers Integrated Supply Chain Department, overseeing the strategic and efficient processing of customer orders to ensure exceptional service delivery across global markets. This position champions the development and implementation of scalable business processes and customer service standards to achieve exemplary order processing outcomes. The Senior Director fosters high-level collaborations with executive leadership and key departments, including SIOP, Customer Success, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Admin, and Engineering, to optimize order fulfillment operations and elevate customer satisfaction. With a strong background in Supply Chain Management, this role demands exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.

Job Details:

  • Architect and drive the strategic vision for global order fulfillment operations, aligning with EPC Power’s business objectives and delivering unparalleled customer service excellence.
  • Design the ERP architecture to ensure a successful ERP implementation with functionality established for EPC Powers future success.
  • Extensive ERP testing background and able to work closely with business owners and ERP super users to gather requirements, identify potential issues, implementing solutions and training.
  • Innovate and lead initiatives to synergize order fulfillment operations, focusing on process automation in our ERP system.
  • Establish and oversee advanced reporting mechanisms, including Order Fulfillment customer Dashboards for improving customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, using data analytics to refine operational order fulfillment processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve team performance across the board.
  • Provide transformative leadership, inspiring a highly engaged, motivated order fulfillment to exceed KPIs, fostering professional development, and aligning with EPC Power’s strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in order fulfillment and ERP implementations/upgrades, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing complex, global operations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and ability to test changes in QA environment prior to going live.
  • Recognized expertise in strategic planning, executive team leadership, and achieving operational excellence within the supply chain sector.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, emphasizing precision, quality control, and compliance on an international scale.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to forge and sustain high-level relationships across all organizational tiers and with external stakeholders

Salary: $185,000 – 215,000
