Senior Construction Project Manager

On the behalf of a well backed developer, Cybernetic are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to act as the Owner’s Representative for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contract Management for large-scale renewable energy projects in the U.S.

This is a W2 position and no sponsorship can be offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate EPC Contractor schedules, budgets, scope, subcontractors, safety plans, and permit compliance.
• Interact with project stakeholders, representing the company in dealings with landowners, local authorities, customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage internal team efforts and ensure compliance with contract terms by EPC contractors and equipment vendors.
• Regularly update project status and reports, and oversee the transition of projects from construction to operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering, project management, construction management
• 7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Knowledge of wind and solar project construction, design, and technical standards.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, CPM scheduling, and project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, capable of performing well under pressure.
