Your Mission as Senior Project Developer:

  • New Business Dynamo: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for commercial, industrial, and community solar projects, as well as EV charging infrastructure, across the Northeast region.
  • Strategic Dealmaker: Qualify leads, assess project viability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and secure contracts.
  • Project Champion: Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful financing, customer satisfaction, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven Track Record: 7+ years of experience in project development, commercial management, business development, or sales in the solar/energy sector. Must have experience in utility-scale solar or commercial/industrial renewable energy.
