OUR JOB DESCRIPTION You will go directly to potential customers’ homes, collect some basic information, and set an appointment for a solar consultant to return. Simple. As energy and gas prices rise and inflation soars, it is a no-brainer for most homeowners to save money while saving the environment. The solar industry has grown 167% over the last decade in the United Staes and continues to grow exponentially. This is why so many people are friend-zoning their power company. Lumio provides plenty of room for advancement in management roles and opportunities for competitive people like yourself to move up quickly! This is a difficult job but it is simple. This is why we get paid so well. No experience is required! You do not need prior marketing or sales experience. We will train you to succeed in this booming industry today! We offer 4-8 hour shifts and many production based incentives and bonuses. This is a commission based job with incentives that average $15-$40/hour.
