About this Opportunity:
The Sales Operation Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes. This successful candidate will collaborate closely with the operations team to streamline operations and enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain tools and systems, including automation platforms, and other sales enablement technologies.
- Develop and implement sales processes, workflows, and best practices to improve productivity and performance across the sales organization.
- Generate and analyze sales reports and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Support pipeline management activities to ensure accurate and reliable revenue projections.

Compensation
- Base Salary 65K -80K based on experience
- 1099 Independent Contractor to start
