Pangea Talent Solutions is collaborating with one of the leading BESS manufacturers globally. They have been a leader in BESS for the last 9 years, having sold multiple GWh of BESS projects worldwide. Now they are looking to add a Sales Manager to their US team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute value propositions and business strategies for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in North America.
- Identify and negotiate turnkey contracts and framework agreements for utility-scale projects with Independent Power Producers (IPPs).
- Participate in reverse auction bids for utility-scale BESS or photovoltaic (PV) plants.
- Develop and present sales and technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in utility-scale renewable energy projects
- Established network and experience with Utilities, IPPs, Developers, TSOs, DSOs, DoE, and DoD
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA is preferred.
- Expertise in grid codes, energy and power-intensive BESS applications, and Power Management Systems
