Masters Home Solutions is searching for a Professional Sales Manager to help drive a team of associates to over-achieve on a consistent basis. You will need to motivate, educate, train, and excite a great team of sales professionals.

We are Master’s are a third-generation home improvement company since 1957. We specialize in: Roofing, ONE-DAY Bath Installs, Windows & Doors, and SOLAR!!

This role calls for a coach who can hire and develop their team to provide customer support and assist homeowners in creating the home of their dreams. Youll need to quickly get up to speed on our wide range of products ranging from baths to windows to roofing to doors so you can not only teach your team but also be prepared to handle the most difficult callers yourself. If youre a natural leader with a passion for delivering over and above consistently, this is the job for you!

You should be comfortable on the phone and have some sales and management experience, but dont worry if youve never been in the home improvement industry. Our training program will teach you all you need to know and we have a top sales and leadership consultant to be by your side to be there for you when you need him.

What Were Looking For:

Five+ years experience in residential home improvement sales.

Emotional Intelligence.

Common Sense.

Valid drivers license.

Expert level smartphone & tablet knowledge.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Ability to climb on roofs.

Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen.

Self-driven and self-motivated.

MUST be able to take constructive criticism and learn from mistakes.

MUST be able to give constructive criticism and mentor.

Excellent oral & written skills.

IT, budget, and report writing skills.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

The ability to motivate and lead a team.

Excellent communication and ‘people skills’.

Superior Planning and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

5+ years of Home Improvement Sales experience

2+ years of management experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Compensation

Job Types: Full-time, Base + Commission

Salary: $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 /year
