Carter Maddox are partnered with a rapidly growing Solar Manufacturer who are looking to expand their sales team within the North American Market.
Responsibilities:
- Focusing on developing new business opportunities through lead generation activities.
- Establish relationships with new strategically important customers, and existing clients which may take the form of IPPs, EPCs, developers, utilities, etc.
- Account management of some existing customer base as a secondary focus behind increasing the client base
- 360-degree account management including but not limited to securing new customers, drafting proposals, managing relationships, contract negotiations, and post-sale support and account expansion.
- Creation and submission of commercial and technical proposals.
- Produce and maintain accurate records of opportunities, proposals, contracts, and business activities.
Experience:
- Minimum three years of experience in renewable energy within a sales capacity
- 2+ years of experience selling solar hardware or software (hardware preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Ability to travel as is required to achieve sales targets
