Role: Central Oregon Sales & Operations Manager

Company Overview: Earthlight Technologies is a family owned and operated business based in Ellington, CT, and with two branches of our company in Oregon – one in Silverton and one in Redmond. We specialize in solutions for residential solar, commercial solar, EV charging Stations, commercial energy efficiency, and Powerwall batteries. Our mission is to make the process easy and seamless. Earthlight Technologies is currently looking to add a Sales & Operations Manager to our Redmond location, to increase our presence in Central Oregon.

Position Overview: The Central Oregon Sales & Operations Manager will drive Earthlight’s monthly sales performance, work to acquire new customers, follow-thru the operations side, and maximize the customer experience. This is a fast-paced environment for driven personable, enthusiastic, and flexible individuals. Must have outstanding sales and communication skills!

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for potential leads to generate a pipeline which may include community awareness, door knocking, fliers, chamber events etc.
  • Site visits, presentations, and follow-up.
  • Maintaining sales process and communication through CRM.
  • Gathering referrals from clients.
  • Perform post-sale site visits
  • Perform final walk thru with client
  • Basic troubleshooting and maintenance within your license
  • Build, grow, and lead the Central Oregon team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 year sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Office and CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Willingness to invest time and hard work to be a part of a leading company in a growing industry.
  • Passion and drive to succeed.
  • Flexibility to work evening and Saturday appointments.

Compensation: Base salary $60,000, plus uncapped commission

Earnings Potential: $140,000 – $170,000+ (base + uncapped commission)
