Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Residential Director to support the management of the Residential Energy Upgrade (RENU) loan and Tariff On-Bill Repayment (TOBR) programs.
• Assist in streamlining processes while coordinating marketing strategies to effectively reach our target audience.
• Provide exemplary customer service to contractors and clients, ensuring a smooth experience throughout each project.
• Manage multiple projects with a meticulous approach, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Engage with the marketing team to develop and execute residential marketing plans, materials, and newsletters.
• Represent our mission at networking events and industry gatherings to foster relationships and promote clean energy solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and collaboration across various programs.
• Exceptional organizational skills paired with a keen eye for detail and project management.
• Proficient in technology including Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication prowess and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or environmental sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, energy services, finance, or project management.
• Experience in solar or renewable energy sales or customer service is advantageous.
• Current residency in Colorado or nearby states is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
