Renewable Energy, Portfolio Management Associate

Associate and Senior Associate and Managers of Portfolio Management required by a renewable energy investment firm based in the DC area. They have $10+ billion aum and are growing with offices based in Washington, DC and New York.

The role

• Portfolio management & analytics
• Performance review of investments
• Building and managing financial models, analyzing economics & risk
• Work collaboratively with the broader PM team and investment teams
• Briefing presentations & materials on asset performance
• Work with the investment team on due diligence for debt &equity investment and M&A

Experience:

• Bachelor or Masters in finance, business or similar
• 2-5 years in renewable project finance, valuation, or investment banking experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• CFA (candidate or completed) bonus – not required
• Financial modelling

Compensation

• Associate/Senior Associate: $120 -$130k + 15-25% bonus + LTIP equity
• Manager – $140k -$150k + 15 – 25% + bonus + LTIP equity
• Relocation assistance
