Renewable Energy M&A Attorney | Fully Remote, 1200 Billable Hour Requirement

Our client, a mission-driven and market-leading boutique law firm dedicated to accelerating the world’s transition away from fossil fuels, has an immediate need for an attorney with 7-11 years of experience with M&A transactions in the renewable energy field, in particular the acquisition and disposition of renewable energy projects.

The ideal candidate will have particular experience working in the renewable energy space (solar and battery storage preferred), including working knowledge of underlying energy contracts such as EPCs, O&Ms, PPAs, etc.

The firm attracts top-tier deals and attorneys, yet they hire on a remote basis from anywhere in the country and have a very low billable hour requirement (1200 hours yearly). Compensation is quite competitive and there is true potential for partnership.
