Join our team as an EV Charger Design/Development Engineer

Responsibilities

Hardware and Embedded Software Development:

  • Execute end-to-end hardware and embedded software development lifecycle to create scalable DC input charging system for renewable energy power system microgrid deployment.
  • Design and implement power conversion hardware and software systems.
  • Develop hardware platform for Level 1-2 chargers, and conduct testing and debugging of system hardware and software.
  • Review code and design, collaborating with other embedded code development team members.

System Optimization And Integration

  • Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources.
  • Integrate and validate new product designs to meet project requirements.
  • Support hardware quality assurance and optimize I/O performance.
  • Interface with hardware design and development, including microcontroller family selection, PCB layout, and peripheral hardware design interface.

Prototyping And Testing

  • Assess third-party and open-source software, including development tools.
  • Manage hardware prototyping, thermal and electrical testing, and UL/CSA listing process.

Salary: $135K to $155K
