What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide project management services for renewable energy projects in the US
• Lead proposal development and manage projects with engineering leads and junior staff
• Market company skills to new clients and increase revenue
• Direct project teams in planning, design, and construction support for renewable energy projects
• Review and interpret environmental regulations and communicate with clients throughout project execution

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• B.S. in engineering or related major
• 10+ years of experience in the renewable energy field
• Strong background in civil, structural, or electrical disciplines
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and engineering discipline specific software

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project management certification or specialized training
• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
• P.E. or S.E. license or ability to become licensed within two years
• Experience with decommissioning and reclamation plans, financial modeling, and construction monitoring
• Familiarity with scheduling software and construction coordination platforms
