Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Onsite electrical work while maintaining safety and quality assurance
  • Complete Job Site Safety Assessments and participate in daily safety meetings with all crew members upon arrival to job site
  • Track time on site complete daily onsite job time reports
  • Onsite customer service with clients during installation phase
  • Be able to follow building plan sets
  • Maintain clean work site and van with daily clean up before leaving the job site
  • Troubleshooting batteries/solar with lead electrician
  • Setup monitoring portal for each jobsites as required
  • Maintain strict safety practices on all job sites 0 injuries
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in an Apprenticeship program with at least 1 year experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of material weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to pass a pre-hire and random drug screens
  • Good understanding of local and national electrical codes
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently with little supervision and work well with others
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Knowledge of how to use a Digital Multi-Meter
  • Have own hand and power tools
  • Clean MVR and ability to operate a company vehicle
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ years experience in solar installation
  • Good understanding of local and national electrical codes
  • Electrical apprenticeship

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Monday Thursday work week 4 x 10 hour days with opportunities for overtime pay
  • $25 – $35 per hour depending on experience
  • Quarterly safety bonus
  • Annual performance bonus
  • 2 weeks PTO. Accrued on a weekly basis
