Job Description: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Remote Cold Callers to join our sales team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our clients’ products and services, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals who are persuasive, energetic, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list.
• Introduce and explain our clients’ products and services to prospects.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information from potential customers.
• Set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Pay: $113,257.00 – $131,626.00 per year
