Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Capturing market opportunities in designated region
  2. Acquisitions of new customers
  3. Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support
  4. Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
  5. Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
  6. Support marketing activities and market communications
  7. Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
  8. Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, international trade related major is preferred; Master would be an advantage
  2. 2-3years of large and medium-sized international trade, experience in PV inverters, solar modules, solar cells, and related industries are preferred.
  3. Good understanding of the local PV market
  4. Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)
  5. Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
  6. Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
  7. Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills
  8. High reliability and ability to work under pressure
  9. Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
  10. Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis

Other Requirements:

1、Proficiency both in written and spoken in English

2、Able to travel on a regular basis

3、Located in/nearby Chino Hills is preferable
