Job Description

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Teams, Subcontractors, and Suppliers throughout assigned projects on all legal matters including contracts, compliance requirements, change orders, lien waivers, and other related verifications.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with and delivers outstanding service to Blattners Subcontractors and Suppliers.
  • Prepares and reviews potential risks involved with the Subcontract and Purchase contract requirements.
  • Provides suggested revisions to the Blattner negotiation team and delivers creative solutions.

WHAT YOULL NEED
  • 2- 4 year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of contract-related experience/exposure required.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Suite preferred.
  • Construction or renewable energy experience.
