Summary Of Responsibilities

The Entry Level Project Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified timelines and budgets. This role involves coordinating various aspects of project management, including communication with stakeholders, resource allocation, and progress tracking. The goal is to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, meeting both internal and client expectations.

Required

Education and Experience

Bachelor s degree* in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Construction Management, or other related technical fields.

Preferred

Bachelor s degree* in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Construction Management, or other related technical fields.

Experience: Prior experience in project management or a related role.

Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP).

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Trello).

Experience in execution of projects in a Nuclear facility.

  • Ability to obtain DOE L-Level Security Clearance

Job Details

  • Work Location: Eunice, NM/Hybrid
  • Work Schedule: Professional work schedule/ with minimal night/ weekend support. Some nights and weekend work may be required. Employees are also subject to call-outs as needed.
  • Travel Required: 10% of the time or less as required
  • Security Clearance Requirement: CAA Access and an L or Q level security clearance
  • Emergency Response Requirements: Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duty will be required; including being on-call (24/7) during your designated team duty week.

Primary Functions

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Assist in developing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines. Coordinate tasks and deliverables across teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:
    • Facilitate communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders. Prepare and distribute project reports and updates.
  • Resource Management:
    • Monitor and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Identify and address resource allocation issues.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project risks and issues.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular project reviews and quality assessments.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports. Prepare post-project evaluations and lessons learned reports.

    Compensation starting at: $ 98761 – $ 117573 / year and up dependent on candidate.
