Senior Project Finance Analyst

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 + bonus

Location: Latham, NY

We are partnered with a leading renewable energy developer as they begin their ambitious growth journey after securing a large round of funding. Having specialized on developing community scale solar for the past 6 years they have successfully participated in over 120 projects across 10+ states in the US.

As a Senior Project Finance Analyst, you will work closely with the CFO to build project finance models and assess potential development projects to grow the business’ portfolio. This is a key role, and one of the first as the business utilizes the investment to scale.

What you will do:

• Develop financial models to evaluate project viability and risks and ROI.
• Provide financial evaluations, DCF analysis, and sensitivity analyses.
• Support review of legal documents including PPA’s, construction loans, etc.

What you will have:

• 3+ years experience within a project finance role, ideally focused on renewable energy.
• Advanced financial modelling and excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field.
