Project Development Manager

Position Overview:

The Project Developer will manage the development portfolio in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Illinois, leading full project lifecycle responsibilities from site selection through permitting and interconnection to NTP. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will have the opportunity to lead successful project execution and play a pivotal role in the business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire potential sites for Community Solar projects
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, local authorities, utilities, and other development stakeholders
• Coordinate environmental due diligence, feasibility studies, and financial analysis.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering, legal and finance teams

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in Community Solar project development
• Proven success of taking renewable energy projects from site selection to NTP
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and permitting processes in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pace environment
