Project Development Manager

My client, a leading Community solar developer is looking for a Project Development Manager to join their growing team.

You will be a critical part of the team both developing existing projects and expanding new business. You will be a part of the entire project lifecycle from origination through to delivery

You will:

• Develop relationships with regulators, AHJ’s and utilities
• Lead execution on project deadlines and milestones
• Manage the entire lifecycle of project development
• Work effectively within the team using clear and defined communication
• Identify external stakeholders
• Determine zoning designation
• Prepare permit applications
• Obtain title commitment
• Hand off projects to procurement and construction

You will have:

• 3-5 years experience in solar development
• Bachelors Degree
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Track record of working in successful teams
