The Role
Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking motivated candidates for a Project Developer position to drive our pipeline within the Illinois community solar market. This position would report to the Associate Director of Development and work closely with their team to power a clean energy future. An effective candidate will demonstrate sound industry and project development knowledge, superior leadership and communication skills, the ability to focus on minute details while still seeing the big picture, detailed organization, and a desire to solve complex problems. The right candidate will be someone who demonstrates a mission-driven determination, takes initiative, is results-oriented, and excels working with others across teams. Compensation: The salary range for the position is $100K- 125K per year plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Location: This position will be remote and located in the Greater Chicago Area or nearby in the Midwest region. Candidates should expect 20-35% travel to meet with local stakeholders and team meetings once or twice per quarter. Local to or willing to relocate to the Midwest region is required.*
