Role: Project Developer

Location: Eastern US (flexible hybrid setup)

Compensation: $120-150k base salary + 25% annual bonus

Our client is a highly reputable renewable energy IPP, established for over a decade and financially backed by one of the industry’s leading investment firms. With a significant pipeline of over 10GW utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, as well as 1GW of projects in construction across PJM, MISO,NYISO, ERCOT & ISONE markets, they are entering their next phase of growth in the US. We are assisting them in finding an ambitious and successful Project Developer to join their team.

Role:

As an Project Developer, you will support the project development team in advancing and growing the company’s project pipeline across target markets. You will work closely with senior project developers, assist in land acquisition, permitting processes, and address project challenges. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to advance your career and work in an entrepreneurial environment.

Skills/Experience Needed:

– Minimum of 2 years experience in the renewable energy industry, focusing on utility-scale solar, wind and energy storage development.

– Familiarity with PJM, MISO,NYISO,ERCOT, and/or ISONE markets preferred.

– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team..

– A willingness to travel is required.
