Overview

TRC is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support the contracting and management of energy efficiency and clean energy incentive programs and related administrative functions. Eligible candidates will be a hands-on, highly skilled resource with a combination of project administration and support activities experience. Background in working with public authorities, state agencies, and utility grant programs is a plus.

The position is located in Albany, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Energy Efficiency program application processing
  • Customer service inbound, outbound, and follow up via email and phone
  • Process project transactions in both financial databases and project databases
  • Ongoing QA/QC of all databases
  • Support project execution including review of submitted project deliverables, milestones, invoices, and overall contract monitoring and management
  • Support ongoing metrics and measurement activities for contracted projects
  • Track ongoing contracted project performance to deliverables and financial milestones
  • Ensure correct and complete project documentation including interim and final reports, completed project summaries, and contractor assessments
  • Data entry and Salesforce work
  • General administrative support of project managers and contract managers

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years of administrative support or entry-level project management support
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with state agencies, public authorities and utility energy efficiency financial incentive and grant programs a plus but not required
  • Writing standard operating procedures
  • Collect and document project requirements, successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills: proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies
  • Team-oriented, hands-on, highly skilled, adaptive, client-focused mentality, ability to meet timelines and ability to work with little supervision

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $26.00 – USD $36.00 /Hr.
