As a Consulting Project Admin Associate, you will be part of our dedicated team that is focused on delivering clean, renewable energy to communities across the country. We are looking for a driven and passionate professional who is ready to take their project management skills to the next level in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

As a Consulting Project Admin Associate, your responsibilities will include

  • Managing and overseeing community solar projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinating with various teams, including engineering, construction, operations, and finance, to ensure all aspects of the projects are aligned and progressing according to plan.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identifying risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with community members, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of community solar projects.
  • Assisting in the development of proposals, bids, and tenders for new projects.
  • Ensuring all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and industry standards.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices within the organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the energy or renewable energy industry.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to driving the transition to a sustainable energy future.
