About the Role
As a key member of the Clover team, you will work with filling machinery in processing and packaging fluid milk. In this position, you will be required to maintain sanitary conditions for machinery in keeping with State and Federal regulations and company policy.

Hourly pay rate: $31.13 (will receive a $2.00 increase in $0.50 increments every 3 months in a 1-year period per the CBA)

What You Bring to the Team
Minimum High School diploma or GED required
Experience in a dairy processing plant highly desirable
Special Licenses preferred (Clover provides training)
Weigher and sampler license
Forklift

Work partly outdoors
Lift 10-gallon milk cans that range from 50 lbs to 80 lbs
Clover Sonoma is a 24 hour/7 days a week processing and distribution plant. Work schedules vary, and flexibility is critical. Shifts are typically four (4), ten (10) hour days.
