What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support product marketing for the Arcadia Platform. This role will be responsible for the product launch and GTM lifecycle for new features across the platform, positioning, packaging & pricing, GTM enablement, and competitive/market insights. The role will help bridge commercial, finance, and product management and ensure we are not only able to share market insights to drive the product roadmap but also making sure we are successfully selling our products and expanding into the right new markets.
Initial Key Focus Areas Will Be To
- Drive go-to-market enablement and positioning refinement of our current product offering
- Collect and synthesize market intelligence to inform product roadmaps and GTM strategies
- Centralize and manage product launches across the platform and ensure alignment and enablement across each stage – from conception to a GA launch, by connecting external customer needs, product roadmap dependencies, competitive differentiation, commercial requirements, technological capabilities, and business goals.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strong leader who can drive end to end initiatives and processes across many teams and functions. This person will need to be adept at stakeholder management, communication, problem solving, and market analysis and combine that with domain expertise and intuition.
This role will report to the Head / Director of Product Marketing. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager will collaborate frequently with sales, pre-sales, product managers, customer success teams, and customers.
Arcadia is open to fully remote candidates who are based in the US and employees have access to co-working spaces.
What You’ll Do
- You will work with our customers, the commercial team, and the product team to develop messaging, positioning, packaging, and GTM strategy for the Arcadia Platform
- Implement our product marketing processes using best practices
- Manage the product launch life cycle, ensuring we are communicating with and enabling GTM at each appropriate stage of the product life cycle to ensure we are able to maximize value from our product investments
- Gather or conduct market and competitive research to understand what customers want in existing or new product and market categories
- Own product enablement for our GTM teams
- Support marketing and demand generation efforts as needed to help communicate the features and value of the core product(s)
- Turn learnings from the market, customers, and MVP delivery into clear product requirements and a roadmap
- You will be hands-on in uncovering insights from analytics, user research, and use cases that come from cross-functional partners in Sales, Engineering, Customers, Operations, and Data Science
- You will balance and champion the needs of the diverse set of users who interact with the Arcadia software products: businesses, software companies, independent service providers, and internal Arcadia employees
Must-haves
What will help you succeed:
- Experience in the energy industry OR multi-vertical developer platforms (Stripe, Plaid, etc.)
- 3+ years experience as a Product Marketer in a technology-driven environment, preferably within the energy + SaaS industry, or equivalent work experience such as consulting, business operations, or strategy
- Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions
- Strong organizational and project management skills, and a proactive communication style
- A growth mindset, comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple competing priorities autonomously
- Demonstrated success in taking complex, data-driven software products in the energy industry to market
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be $85,000 to $145,000. There will also be a competitive benefits and equity (bonus if applicable) component to the package. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
