Role: Principal SCADA Engineer

Location: Remote

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 (DoE)

WHO ARE THEY?

• A high-growth developer in renewable energy specializing in solar power with operations in 12 states
• Over a decade old and part of a portfolio supported by a leading power generation firm over 120 years old!
• Possess a team of circa 100 strong and now looking to add a SCADA SME

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Take responsibility for the design, implementation, and maintenance of SCADA systems
• Play a key role during the commissioning phase ensuring design standards are met
• Work closely with vendors/EPCs on the integration of new hardware and software
• Support various other teams on special requests including Performance, Project Delivery, and O&M

WHAT DO THEY WANT?

• Vast experience with SCADA, PLC programming, HMI development, and communication protocols
• Solar specialist with in-depth knowledge of plant system design and function
• Familiarity with engineering electrical codes and standards, plus cybersecurity principles
• Engineering degree and P.E would be a bonus
