Summary: The Power Systems Program Manager will oversee customer relations and functional areas of generator projects including estimating, budgeting, site walks, and request for proposals for commercial (schools, businesses, municipal, industrial, and telecom) projects. Key Responsibilities:

Organize and execute project initiatives such as request for proposals, bid walks, and bid proposals.

Analyze customer metrics to drive goal-oriented actions.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Track client expectations and ensure service delivery meets those expectations.

Manage project document submission through to customer acceptance.

Conduct internal and external project reporting using metrics.

Lead daily and weekly reporting calls.

Develop solutions for critical business issues and present alternatives. Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge of electrical construction, including standby generators, UPSs, and solar, with ability to interpret construction documents.

Must have experience managing generator projects in both commercial and industrial settings.

Strong communication skills for team and customer interactions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to team collaboration. Required Education and Experience:

Bachelors in Construction or Project Management or related field preferred

Telecommunications Experience Preferred
