Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurately identify, grade, remove, & neatly stack veneer based on size and quality as it travels down a conveyor (the majority of the veneer is automatically stacked)
Keep up with production ensuring dryers are fed with veneer to maximum capacity, preventing and removing any plug-ups that may occur
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Must be able to work any shift
Solid hand-eye coordination & attention to detail are critical
