Duties
- All the duties of an operations coordinator would require learning and understanding the process and duties of Ops Coordinators.
- Work directly with Operations Manager for overall process improvement, drive team efficiency, ability to cover market with OM out.
- Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with OM to implement changes.
- Take ownership for the success of market and grow to manage market.
- Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail organized
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- High sense of urgency and deadline driven
- Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Associate degree preferred.
- Prior leadership position (leading team, projects)
- Creative problem solver
- Team player, self-starter
- Computer literacy is a MUST
- In office position
- Experience with CRMs or large databases
- Proficient and accurate data entry
- Ability to work on multiple screens and manage different tasks throughout the day.
- Comfortable calling customers, HOAs, cities and counties.
