Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Produce quality products by operating machinery based on customer requirements
  • Adjust machinery to proper specifications
  • Build product boxes
  • Perform minor machine maintenance
  • Ability to accurately and precisely measure fabric or metal with tape measure to confirm order specifications
  • Perform quality checks on products
  • Manually stocks working inventory shelving to ensure there are no delays in Production
  • Conducts daily cycle counts, turns in reports, notifies management or discrepancies
  • Reinforce and maintain organization and cleanliness of area
  • Accurately label products and packaging
  • Maintain the ability to read, interpret, and follow specific requirements and/or instructions of each work order, including custom orders
  • Lift product up to 50 pounds
  • Loads trucks with company products for shipments, including the use of teams and hand trucks or other tools
  • Follows all company safety guidelines, including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain regular attendance at facility, per company guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

What We need:

Education/experience:

  • Experience: 1 year of operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and/or 1 years of manufacturing experience
