Job Overview:

In this role we require highly skilled individuals to contribute to growth and help maintain our position as a top solar and roofing installer and service company. The O&M Inspection Coordinator main responsibility is to ensure they are booking out a strategic and accurate schedule. The O&M Inspections Coordinator must ensure they are routing technicians based on skills and geographical needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Service and Inspections for all projects and prioritize projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing within set timelines.
  • Verify materials, full Scope of Work, documents, and notes.
  • Schedule Services for all technicians (Consider weather forecast when scheduling)
  • Ensure each tech is fully booked with productivity, Geographically and skill level in mind
  • Calculate Service expected hours and record in CRM and on Techs Schedule
  • Receiving and filtering customer calls
  • Liaise with management and homeowners/B2Bs to identify and define project requirements, scope of work, and objectives that align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within timeline and cost.
  • Communicate updates on project timelines, scope of work, and any added costs to all homeowners within designated pipeline(s) to meet partner Service Level Agreements
  • Participate in Operations meetings and propose improvements to processes as needed and bring any concerns to managements attention.
  • Manage project-related paperwork and pictures by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored in the Drive.
  • Document standard operating procedures for company use, and adjust existing SOPs as processes change.

Job Requirements:

  • Report to corporate headquarters at 8:00am Monday Friday
  • 2 years solar construction experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office
  • Ability to type 35+ words per minute
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to see and hear in the normal range, with or without correction
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in written form
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation and reports
  • Manual dexterity required using hands to finger; handle, feel and type; reach with hands and arms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
