Position Overview:

MN8 Energy LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

This position requires being onsite Monday Thursday.

As the Office Manager, you will:

  • Manage real estate budget spend
  • Manage local social committee team & budget
  • Oversee planning committee organizing office events, including committee spend.
  • Partner with head of office & leadership to create and manage budget for office events.
  • Serve as onsite lead & point person for capex work
  • Manage day to day operations & functionality of the physical office environment
  • Manage day to day operations & functionality of the social elements of the office environment
  • Represent mn8 to local property management
  • Oversee local third-party vendors physical environment, culture & experiential
  • Manage & oversee security controls
  • Manage local safety & emergency action plans
  • Manage local travel & expense responsibilities
  • Other supplementary responsibilities & tasks as required.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in facilities management, office administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels including C-Suite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
