The positionBy joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to-

  • Be responsible for trading both the financial and physical instruments in said regions
  • Initiate position taking, take profit or stopping out on an individual basis.
  • maintain the trading horizon of 3 years.
  • Demonstrate ability to trade multiple products and accept new responsibilities.
  • Perform regular market analysis and implement corresponding trading strategies. Able to guide desk analysts and junior traders to improve market view.
  • Work closely with origination desk to screen new gas deals and structures.
  • Understand and comply with all internal and external governing rules and regulations regarding commercial marketing and trading activity.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, economics, mathematics or related discipline. Masters degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in the financial/physical Natural Gas market,
  • Knowledge of options exposure a plus.
  • A proven track record of positive PnL history for several consecutive years
  • Ability to communicate market activity and views to senior leadership
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience with digital improvement processes, systems and databases
  • A strong team player, who does not solely rely on team views and mentality for trade direction.
  • An ability to thrive across organizational interfaces and build networks across multiple business units
  • Self-driven and able to challenge accepted truths and take responsibility for views and actions
