Marketing and Communications Coordinator
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will play a key role in supporting MassCECs marketing and communications operations, with a focus on organizing sponsorship activities, managing internal and external documentation, coordinating event logistics, and assisting with various projects as assigned. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized individual with a passion for clean energy, climatetech, marketing, and communications and a willingness to learn.
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator should be prepared to contribute to a steady flow of work for on-going projects while also helping to address short-term requests that require a quick turnaround. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will report to the VP of Marketing and Communications, while working closely with the marketing and communications team, the operations team, program teams, and occasionally members of the senior and executive staff including the CEO, and other state agencies.
