What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a mission-driven Manager of Utility Partnerships to join the Policy and Market Development team in the fight against climate change. This individual will lead Arcadia’s engagements with electric, gas, water, wastewater and telecommunications utilities to improve the company’s business operations. The ideal candidate has professional experience in the clean energy or utility industry, strong external communications skills, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships with business executives. A deep knowledge of utility IT infrastructure and customer service systems would be a strong asset. This position will support Arcadia’s enterprise software and community solar businesses, and the Manager will need to be able to describe those businesses externally in detail.
The primary purpose of this position is to improve and retain access to the utility systems and utility data that Arcadia uses to serve our customers. Success in this role would be creating and maintaining strong working relationships that lead to reliable and resilient access to those systems and data. Additionally, the Manager of Utility Partnerships will collaborate frequently with peers on the policy team and senior leadership across the company.

Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be $85,000 to $145,000. There will also be a competitive benefits and equity (bonus if applicable) component to the package. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
