Maintenance Manager Job Description

Education: High School or GED (Required), BS in related field (Preferred), Journeyman’s License or above(Preferred).

Required:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or electrical related role.

Knowledge in the following areas: Electrical Systems, Mechanical Systems, Preventative Maintenance Planning, General Computer skills, Maintenance Operations and Project Management.

Preferred:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct supervision, industrial controls troubleshooting, employee development and proposing and executing projects.

Responsibility:

• All plant electrical & mechanical systems including high voltage power lines, solar panel fields, low voltage distribution systems, control systems, arc flash program, predictive testing and correction of problems found
• Overseeing contractor repairs/projects
• Supervising overhead crane maintenance
• Managing building repairs (including structure, roof, and spill containment areas)
• Grounds maintenance, general property upkeep and facility security.
• Support of computer / network equipment & systems.
• Understand and accept the responsibility of 24-hour accountability for the maintenance
• support functions.
• Fully support the following managements systems (i.e. AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001,
• ISO 45001).
