As a Logistics Associate, working within the Operations Department at PanelClaw inc., you will support and facilitate the daily shipping needs of our company and our customers. You will partner with our Logistics Manager, along with the Operations team, and contribute to the efficient and effective coordination of PanelClaws transportation and fulfillment network.

What Youll Do:

• Coordinate shipping schedules with production sites.
• Assist with the dispatching and management of our carrier partners.
• Generate and distribute shipping documents.
• Exercise judgment and work with team members to resolve service conflicts.
• Provide general logistics support to our Customer Service team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on internal operations projects.
• Create and maintain system reports within Dynamics 365.
• Assist with on-site shipping and receiving.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

What Youll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in Business or Logistics related field.
• 2-3 of years experience in applicable field, preferred.
• Focused and organized.
• Adept at working in time-sensitive environments.
• Able to effectively navigate common business applications.
• Commitment to the mission of Enstall.

Where You’ll Be Located

This position will be based in North Andover, MA. In office work is required during training period, then transition to hybrid role.

What Well Offer

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual’s relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $24 and $28/per hour, if located in Boston market. In addition to the base rate, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you’ll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
